CANADIAN TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER
This individual will lead the field services team and internal technical specialists who support customers that use Nova’s blood chemistry analyzers and biotechnology chemistry analyzers. Specific responsibilities include: managing field service operations and logistics, developing applications and customer training programs, managing inventory control, managing product service and depot repair. Other responsibilities include working with US teams on related project management activities and developing and monitoring performance metrics. The qualified candidate will have a BS in a technical discipline; management experience (national, regional, operations, district service, or applications) in a medical or biotech company; at least 4 years’ experience with bedside glucose or critical care testing; knowledge of Point of Care data management, LIS and HIS systems; and QA programs and statistical methods.
