A companion CO-Oximeter to the Stat Profile pHOx series measures eight actual hemoglobin and oxygen transport related tests:

  • Carboxyhemoglobin (COHb)
  • Deoxyhemoglobin (HHb)
  • Oxyhemoglobin (O2Hb)
  • Methemoglobin (MetHb)
  • Total Hemoglobin (tHb)
  • Oxygen Saturation (SO2%)
  • Oxygen Content (O2Ct)
  • Oxygen Capacity (O2Cap)

The Stat Profile pHOx CO-Oximeter is intended for use in those situations where a more comprehensive profile beyond the measured hematocrit, hemoglobin, and SO2% offered by the Stat Profile pHOx series analyzers is required.

No Fetal Hb Interference
Measuring wavelengths have been selected that eliminate the potential interference from fetal hemoglobin. The results are flagged should the sulfhemoglobin (SulfHb) level drift beyond prescribed limits.
 
 

Like the Stat Profile pHOx analyzer, the compact Stat Profile pHOx CO-Oximeter has a footprint of just 12 inches wide and 15 inches deep, and weighs less than 20 pounds for easy transport.

The Stat Profile pHOx CO-Oximeter requires a sample volume of just 115 µL of heparinized whole blood, and can process up to 45 samples per hour. Test results are displayed on its integral CRT or can be sent to an external printer.
