The
BioProfile On-Line Autosampler
connects up to four bioreactors
or fermentation vessels to a BioProfile
Basic, 100 Plus, 300, or 400 analyzer
for direct, automated sampling.
Sampling frequency is programmed
into the BioProfile Data Management
System (BDM) by the user for data
storage and/or review and trend
analysis. The BDM is included
with the On-Line Autosampler.
A
Feedback Control System, available as an
option to the On-Line Autosampler, allows
automated introduction of nutrients when
preset limits are reached. Addition of nutrients
is signaled by the BioProfile Data Management
System (BDM) when a specified parameter
measures outside the programmed range. As
many as eight feedback loops can be configured.
