has been awarded a three-year agreement
to provide its multi-analyte point-of-care
testing instrumentation to Novation, effective
August 1, 2005.
Under the terms of the agreement, Nova Biomedical
will provide our advanced series of Stat
Profile® Critical Care Xpress (CCX)
analyzers, reagents, and consumables, and our
service contracts to Novation members, associates,
and affiliates.
The
agreement will provide Novation member organizations
with the following price incentives:

Up to 33% off Nova's instrument list price
based on the number of instruments purchased
- Up
to 18% off Nova's 2003 list price for
reagents based on the number of instruments
purchased
- Additional
volume discounts based on three tier levels
for analyzers and consumables
In
addition, Nova will offer Novation member
organizations the following value-added
programs:
- Additions,
deletions, and substitutions to the Base
Test Menu based on the member's specific
needs
- CO-Ox
upgrade program
- Additional
discounts for competitive instrument trade-ins
- CEU
programs
- Quality
control lot sequestering
- Free
software upgrades
