Measures and Eliminates Hematocrit Interferences

StatStrip is the only bedside glucose meter to eliminate errors in glucose measurement due to hematocrit interference. Hematocrit interference can cause errors in glucose measurement as large as 30%. One of StatStrip’s measuring wells measures hematocrit and corrects the glucose result for abnormal hematocrit levels.
