This notice is to inform our current and former employees of a cyber incident we identified that may have involved some current and former employees’ information.
Nova Biomedical became aware that there may have been unauthorized access to its systems between October 22 and 31, 2020. Nova Biomedical immediately took steps to investigate the matter and, on June 18, 2021, determined that some current and former employees’ information may have been in the files involved in this incident, which may have included their name, address, date of birth, social security number and information related to their health insurance through Nova Biomedical.
Nova Biomedical has mailed letters to current and former employees whose information may have been involved in this incident and has offered them complimentary credit monitoring. If current or former employees have any questions, they can call (855) 566-0965 Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm Eastern Time.
